A delightful French pastry shop with an impressive variety of macarons—our kids absolutely loved them! They also offer a wide selection of ice cream flavors. Le Macaron is such a sweet little escape at The Collection! The macarons are light, delicate, and full of flavor—perfect with a coffee or just as a treat while you’re shopping. The colors and variety always make it fun to pick a few different ones to try, and the staff is so friendly. It’s also a great spot to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere. A must-stop if you’re in the area!

Found out today they have a location at The Collection! -and it’s their One Year Anniversary today! We’ve been going to the Avalon kiosk for years. Fyi they have so much more at this location!! Try the gelato it’s sooo yummy!

Sam was courteous and attentive while assisting with my order, which included a Orange Almond Cake and a cup of Vanilla Lavender Sorbet with Raspberry Sorbet—both were well-made and flavorful. As a kind gesture for my birthday, I received a complimentary Pistachio French macaron, which I truly appreciated. A simple but thoughtful touch. Thank you for the friendly service and enjoyable treats.

I can’t say enough about this place! The options, the owner, the staff and the feel of the place were all exceptional. We were in town for a week and visited several times. I’m sure all locations are great, but this one is amazing!
